About The Role
The General Manager is primarily responsible for the delivery of our services - ensuring we have the right people in the right place, at the right time, with the right tools and skills.
This position reports directly to the owners and Operations Manager and works closely with them day-to-day.
Unlike many similar roles in retail or hospitality, this role isn’t directly responsible for achieving sales goals or dealing with massive inventories. Our Customer Service and Marketing teams will make sure the customers show up, and we have relatively little consumables. Also, our products are fun and our customers visit us to have a good time!
The General Manager gets to focus almost all of their energy on helping and developing their team, delivering amazing customer experiences and ensuring our facility is safe, stocked and ready for our customers
Oh - and you must love working with kids - as they are our main customer!

This is a very communication-heavy role, so if you send us a generic email that you send to everyone else, well, that probably won't look good. Also, be sure to mention if you're a cat or a dog person. We don't care (much), but it's a good way to tell if you actually read the instructions.
