Role Specifics
Hours - 8-14 hours a week
Schedule - 1-2 evenings during the week, and 1 shift on the weekend.
Must be available Sundays all day, and 2 days during the week starting at or before 4pm.
This is a great part time job for University students!
Location - South Edmonton, 5104 67 Ave
Anticipated Start Date - ASAP
Compensation - $15-18/hour based on experience

Who is the role NOT for?
Anyone who is unreliable or not dependable. We’re a small organization, so when someone decides not to come to work on Sunday because they partied too hard on the Saturday, it really hurts everyone.
Someone who hasn't worked in customer service in some capacity before. That could be working a retail or hospitality job, etc, but you must know that you enjoy dealing with the public.
Don’t be put off by these things though! Hopefully you’re the kind of person who looks at those and says “yeh, I hate those people too, I’m not like that, I’m awesome!”. In which case, read on and apply!

Again, it's not for everyone, so we're looking for someone who has had to talk to customers on the phone in a previous role. It doesn't have to have been the focus of the job, but we don't want this to be the first time you've talked to people on the phone. Don't worry though, we don't make sales calls or have angry customers calling us!
Bonus points / Nice to haves
Previous Experience with Written Communication (Email)
Lots of our customers email us, and we have to be able to reply back in a professional and efficient way. Let us know if you have experience with this, could be from work, school, volunteering, etc!

Please fill in the application form questions so we can get to know you! This is a very communication-heavy role, so if you send us a generic email that you send to everyone else, well, that probably won't look good. Tell us a little about yourself. Tell us a little about what you're looking for (hours, availability, etc). Tell us why you'd be awesome at this job!
Also, tell us if you're a dog or cat person (this is to see who reads everything....)!
We genuinely look forward to hearing from you!
